摘要
结合天津大唐国际盘山发电有限责任公司发生的一起直吹式制粉系统ZGM-123型磨煤机进水的事故案例,分析了该类型事故发生的现象、原因、危害、处理方法和防范措施。明确了主蒸汽压力快速下降和磨煤机电流、出口温度异常变化是该类型事故的主要现象,指出石子煤冲洗系统冲洗水采用母管制和系统相关阀门工作环境恶劣造成阀门易磨损卡涩是导致磨煤机进水事故发生的根本原因。同时分析了磨煤机进水发生的2种可能,提出了以优化石子煤冲洗系统和加强运行管理为主的有效防范措施。
Combined with the accident at water inlet of ZGM-123 -Type pulverizer in the direct blow coal pulverizing system of Panshan Power Plant, the cause, influence, treatment and preventive measures of such accident were analyzed. During the accident, the main steam pressure drops rapidly, the current and outlet temperature of pulverizer become abnormal. The major factors contributing to this accident include the piping-main operation of flush water for stone coal washing system, the abrasion and plugging of pump valves resulted from bad conditions. Based on these, the optimized measures for effective operation management and prevention were proposed.
