摘要
输电线路塔材锈蚀影响线路的安全运行,铁塔主材与保护帽连接处容易锈蚀,以往采取停电整基塔更换,不仅浪费人力、物力,而且影响输电线路的可用系数,并给电网安全运行造成影响,研究220kV线路塔腿主材的不停电更换方法具有显著的综合效益。通过对塔腿受力和杆塔导地线风压分析计算,采用临时拉线固定和抱杆转移塔材受力施工方法,及施工器具选择方法,并在220kV增列线成功实践应用,锈蚀塔材的更换不涉及其他塔材和导地线,仅需做好安全措施就能不停电更换,节省了大量费用且不影响线路正常运行,取得很好的社会效益和经济效益。工程实践证明该方法是安全可行的,在生产实际中可推广应用。
The corrosion of tower materials affects the safe running of transmission line. The joint between main materials of the steel tower and the protective cap is easily corroded and the entire tower must be replaced under blackout conditions. This traditional method costs a lot of manpower and material resources and affects available factor of transmission line. Therefore, it is necessary to make a study on a more effective method to replace the main materials of transmission line tower legs without power outage. Through analyzing and computing the force impact on tower legs and wind pressure on ground lines, a new method of construction and tools selection was given, which used tem-porary fixing devices and lifting poles to replace the force impact on the tower. By using the new method, the corroded materials can be replaced without power outage if necessary safety precautions are taken. The studied method is already used in 220 kV additional transmission fines and brings good social benefits and economic benefits. It has been proved that the method is safe and feasible.
