摘要
目的:评价针刺治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:对针刺治疗抑郁症的随机对照试验(RCT)进行系统评价,遵循循证医学的研究方法,并使用专用的统计分析软件RevMan 4.2版进行Meta分析统计学处理。结果:14篇RCT满足纳入标准,4篇采用双盲法。Meta分析的结果显示,针刺组与药物组有效率比较,不具有统计学意义;针刺组与药物组治疗后汉密尔顿(HAMD)量表评分比较,针刺在改善HAMD量表评分方面优于阿米替林,与其他药物比较无统计学意义。结论:针刺治疗抑郁症与药物治疗比较可能同样有效,且安全性较好,但由于临床试验方法学质量不高,尚需要高质量的试验进一步证实。
Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on depression. Methods A systematic evaluation of all relevant randomized controlled trials （RCT） about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression was carried out by the study methods of evidence-based medicine. The data were statistically analyzed with a special analysis software RevMan 4. 2. Results Fourteen papers of RCT met the enrolled criteria. Four of the trials used double-blind method. Meta-analysis indicated that the effective rate was no significant difference between the acu- puncture treatment and medication, and acupuncture treatment is better than Amitriptyline in improvement of HAMD scores, but no significant differences as compared with other drugs. Conclusion Both acupuncture and medication possibly are effective for depression with good safety. However, because of lower methodological quality of the trials, this conclusion needs further be confirmed.
