高含硫气田钻井、完井主要难点及对策

DIFFICULTIES AND STRATEGIES ON DRILLING AND COMPLETION WORKS IN HIGH-SULFUR GAS FIELDS

针对高含H2S和中含CO2气田特点,分析认为:除油气勘探开发本身的高隐蔽性和高风险外,其高风险还突出表现在H2S和CO2带来的强腐蚀性和剧毒性两个方面。这些风险又主要集中在钻、完井(包括修井)两个主要环节上。在此基础上总结出川渝地区高含硫气田钻、完井的主要难点,并提出应牢固树立"安全第一、环境优先、以人为本"理念;认真总结已开发高含硫气田钻、完井经验与教训;深入开展高含硫与中含CO2共存的腐蚀与防护技术研究;进一步强化以井控和工程质量为主的钻、完井工艺技术,严格执行高含硫钻、完井特殊技术措施和管理要求;制定和完善高含硫气田钻、完井石油行业和企业标准,严格规范钻、完井行为;高度重视和加强员工队伍和专家队伍建设,努力提高队伍的整体素质;建立和完善高含硫钻、完井HSE工作体系;制定和完善涵盖钻、完井各环节和各层次的应急预案等主要对策。

Through analysis on some features about gas fields with a high sulfur and medium CO2 content,this paper pointed out that serious corrosion and hypertoxicity caused by H2S and CO2 would inevitably bring out high risks for exploration and development in those fields in addition to its own blind and high risk and dangers focus extremely on drilling and completion(including workover).Based on this,this paper outlined what major difficulties existed in drilling and completion works in high-sulfur gas fields of Sichuan and Chongqing area,and then put forward the following suggestions:(1)the principle of 'Safety First,Environment Top-priority,Human Beings Foremost' should be always kept in mind;(2)lessons should be well learned from the previous exploration experiences in high-sulfur gas fields;(3)technical studies should be carried out on corrosion and protection especially in those gas fields with a high sulfur and medium CO2 content;(4)peculiar technical measures and management should be exactly performed based on well control and working performance;(5)drilling and completion operations should be under strict supervision by the corresponding standard in oil and gas industry which needs to be completed;(6)professional staff and engineers team should be valued significantly;(7)a complete HSE system should be built up;(8)main pre-arranged planning should be made considering every step and working procedure involved in drilling and completion operation.
