白萝卜自交不亲和性显微结构观察 被引量:2

摘要 利用荧光显微镜及电子显微镜观察经过处理的白萝卜自花授粉花期和蕾期柱头,发现花粉粒在柱头上的萌发及花粉管在柱头表面和花柱中的生长情况有很大差异。白萝卜自交不亲和系06074花期有少量的花粉粒萌发,并在柱头表面发生反应且花粉管的形态不正常,不能穿越乳突细胞壁;而蕾期柱头上,花粉粒几乎都能萌发。另外,老龄植株花的亲和性比幼龄植株花稍高。 The degree of pollen tubes in stigmas surface and style were observed under ttuorescence microscope and electron microscope. The result showed that there were obvious differences in germination of pollen grains and growth of pollen tubes between flower stage and bud stage. There were less attached pollen grains and pol- len tube growth in flower stage and in bud stage. The main barrier of self-incompatibility in flower stage was that pollen tubes failed to penetrate stigma whose surface produced serious callous reaction, giving rise to the distorting of pollen tubes, swelling of their tops and failing to growth ,but more pollen tubes in bud stage were succeed to penetrating stigma whose surface produced little callous reaction. Addition, the compatibility of the flower of aged radish was higher.
