摘要
在钢筋混凝土排架结构厂房改造中,采用托梁截柱的方案,并针对工程特点,辅之以树根桩加固地基,承台梁加固柱基础,钢板湿包法加固牛腿和厂房柱翼缘,利用厂房柱工字形横截面构造特点,拆割腹板设置钢托梁托起厂房柱等技术手段,有效地解决了该厂房改造的难题以及生产与施工的矛盾。
During reforming the mill building of RC bent frame, it is solved effectively the problems and the contradiction between the production and construction by the following techniques： the scheme of cutting column with beam supported; according to the features of the project, using root pile to strengthen the foundation; using cap beam to reinforce column base; steel plate is also used to strengthen corbel and column flange; and using the feature of I-section column to cut web and support the column by steel joist.
