提出通过垂直于外套框架梁后置悬挂梁,在后置悬挂梁上设置竖向吊杆,以吊杆作为楼梯的竖向承重构件,来后置连接原建筑顶层地面至新增套建一层顶楼梯的设计思路和方法。应用这一思路和方法实现了绥芬河青云市场原建筑与新增套建增层楼层竖向交通的连续。
