偏侧忽略的评定方法 被引量：2

摘要 偏侧忽略（unilateral neglect）是在感觉和运动功能正常的情况下脑损伤患者对病灶对侧的刺激失去反应或定位。文献报道，右半球损伤的脑卒中患者偏侧忽略的发生率为40％-85％，而左半球损伤的脑卒中患者偏侧忽略的发生率为15％-65％。报道的发生率不同可能是由于病例选择不同、病灶部位不同、评定方法及评定时间不同所致。偏侧忽略不是单一的功能异常，而是一组具有复杂临床表现的征侯群。由于偏侧忽略可以明显影响脑损伤患者的康复，所以对其进行评定和治疗对脑损伤患者的康复具有重要意义。
