摘要
医院信息系统建设的目标是建立全面覆盖、安全稳定的信息网络。新建、迁建医院从零起步，重新规划、整体布局，更利于信息系统建设目标的实现。作者介绍了医院在搬迁过程中信息网络的构架和建设情况，确定了关键业务区、非关键业务区、服务器区、放射科区域等不同功能区域信息点的覆盖重点，提高了投资的有效性，同时又将因网络故障导致大面积信息系统瘫痪的可能性降到最低，确保信息系统的安全性。
The goal of hospital information system construction is to establish a comprehensive, safe and stable information network. A new or relocated hospital is redesigned and has overall layout, which facilitates achieving the objective of information system construction. The authors introduce the ar- chitecture and construction of information network in the process of hospital relocation. The important points of information coverage at different functional areas are determined, including the key business ar- ea, non-key business area, server area, radiological area, and other functional areas, which may improve the effectiveness of the investment. At the same time, the possibility of large area information system paralysis due to network fault is minimized to ensure the security of information system.
