清热降压颗粒治疗青壮年高血压病肝火上炎证64例临床观察

Effect of Qingre Jiangya Granule on 64 Young Adult Hypertension Patients with Flaming-up of the Liver Fire Syndrome

目的评价清热降压颗粒治疗青壮年高血压病肝火上炎证的疗效和安全性。方法选择青壮年高血压病肝火上炎证患者130例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予清热降压颗粒,对照组给予牛黄降压丸,共治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后血压、症状、血脂、血糖、血液流变学变化以及有无药物不良反应。结果治疗组降压疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),并能改善症状,降低血脂、血糖和血液黏稠度,肝肾功能和血、尿、大便常规均无异常变化。结论清热降压颗粒治疗青壮年高血压病肝火上炎证有较好的疗效,未见不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Qingre Jiangya Granule（granule for clearing heat and lower- ing blood pressure） for the treatment of young adult hypertension patients with flaming-up of the liver fire syndrome. Methods The selected 130 patients were randomized into the treatment group which was administered Qingre Jiangya Granule and the control group which was given Niuhuang Jiangya Pills （bezoar pill for relieving hypertension）. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Changes in blood pressure, symptoms, blood fat and glucose, hemorheology, and adverse reaction were observed. Results The anti-hypertension effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group （P〈0. 05）, and Qingre Jiangya Pills could also improve symptoms, decrease blood fat, glucose, and viscosity, with no abnormal changes in liver and kidney functions and routine examinations. Conclusion Qingre Jiangya Granule has a good effect in the treatment of young adult hypertension patients with flamingup of the liver fire syndrome.
