针刺足三里对上消化道肿瘤患者胃镜检查中副反应的预防作用

Preventive Effect of Puncturing Zusanli (ST 36) on the Side Reaction of Gastroscopy for Upper Digestive Tract Phymatosis

目的观察针刺足三里预防上消化道肿瘤患者胃镜检查致消化道副反应的效果。方法将87例上消化道肿瘤患者随机分为两组。治疗组43例,在常规给予地卡因喷剂的基础上针刺足三里穴;对照组44例,予地卡因喷剂,比较两组在预防胃镜检查副反应方面的差异。结果两组在即刻疼痛情况、进镜反应、进球情况以及即刻反应总分等方面,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺足三里对预防上消化道肿瘤病胃镜检查消化道副反应疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of puncturing Zusanli （ST 36） to prevent the side reaction of gastroscopy for upper digestive tract phymatosis. Methods The 87 patients of upper digestive tract phymatosis were randomized into two groups. The treatment group （43 cases） was treated by dicaine spray and puncturing Zusanli （ST 36）, and the control group （44 cases） was treated by dicaine spray. The two groups were compared to see the difference in preventing the side reaction of gastroscopy. Results There was a statistical difference between the two groups in acupuncture instant pain, gastroscope entering reaction, globus entering reaction, and total score of acupuncture instant reaction （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Puncturing Zusanli （ST 36） is remarkably effective in preventing the side reaction of gastroscopy for upper digestive tract phymatosis.
