摘要
道路工程中,在水泥混凝土里掺入适量的橡胶颗粒,可有效改善水泥混凝土的韧性、抗冲击性能,此外,这种掺入橡胶的水泥混凝土还具有轻质、模量低和吸收噪声的特点。充分利用橡胶水泥混凝土的韧性、抗冲击性和吸声性能,并抑制因掺入橡胶颗粒带来的水泥混凝土强度下降问题,成为目前道路建筑材料研究中的一个热点。本文综述国内外橡胶道路水泥混凝土领域的研究成果,介绍橡胶微粒大小、掺量、橡胶处理方法等对橡胶水泥混凝土基本性能的影响,并对今后的研究方向和应用进行展望。
The Rubberized Portland Cement Concrete (RPCC) can effectively improve the toughness and impact resistance of concrete. In addition, the RPCC has many advantages with lightweight, low modulus and noise absorption characteristics etc. Making good use of the performance of RPCC and overcoming its disadvantages become a research focus in road construction materials. The research achievements on RPCC at home and broad are reviewed, and the influence of particles size, amount and disposal of rubber on basic properties of RPCC are introduced. In the end, the research directions of RPCC in the future is proposed and its application prospected .
