摘要
毕业生工作搜寻的目标,在于预期收益的最大化。但是,在非完全竞争的市场经济环境下,由于制度约束、个人偏好、劳动力市场分割等因素的存在,岗位对教育水平的要求并不是预期收益的唯一决定因素,在高等教育劳动力市场就业并非一定是毕业生的最佳选择。因此,过度教育的程度,不仅决定于劳动力市场毕业生总供给与总需求的对比,也与劳动力市场岗位效用分布的特征密切相关。
The target of job searching of higher graduate is the maximum of expected income. However, under the imperfect competitive market--oriented economy circumstance, for the co--existence of institution constraint, individual preference, division of labor market and many other factors, the expected income can't completely be determined by the request of position for education , taking up an occupation at the higher education market maybe is not always the wisdom. As a result, the degree of over--education is decided not only by the demand and supply of higher graduate, but also by the characteristics of position utility distribution of labor market.
