摘要
通过对H型钢在对接时腹板及翼缘板局部产生裂纹的分析,指出不正确的组装和焊接顺序是导致焊缝裂纹产生的主要因素。在此基础上,给出H型钢现场组装对接的正确工序,为在施工过程中,正确组装焊接H型钢提供借鉴和参考。
Through the analysis of local cracks at web and flange plate during butt joint of H-section steel, it is pointed out that incorrect assembling and welding courses are the main factors producing weld cracks. Based on which, the correct orders are given for assembling and butt joint of H-section steel at worksite, which provides technical guidance for correctly assembling and welding H-sectlon steel during construction.
