在介绍国内外有关文献研究的基础上,从公司治理基本体系入手,重点研究我国中小板上市公司治理现状。
The article manages the basic system of the Corporate Governance. In introducing the domestic and international foundation of cultural heritage, the point studies the present condition of the Listed Companies of the SMEs board.
