连锁经营管理专业教学改革探索

The exploration of education reform in chain merchandising management major

高等职业教育下的连锁经营管理专业教学不同于成人高等教育的教学要求,必须坚持"以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向、产学研相结合"的办学指导思想,在专业定位、人才培养目标、教学指导思想、教学原则、课程体系设置、课程方案设计、教学资源组织、教学方法与教学手段、实践教学体系、考试内容和考试方式、毕业设计指导、产学研结合、师资队伍培养等方面进行系统化的改革探索,培养企业需要的人才,以科研咨询成果为行业和企业发展服务,在为行业、企业的服务中锻炼合格的双师型师资队伍的成长,在开展企业实践中带动行业的发展,我院连锁经营管理专业不断地探索专业的可持续发展模式。

The teaching demand of chain merchandising management major in the high vocational education differs from that in the adult education. We must explore the sustained development mode, make a systematic reform on the insisting in the teaching guiding principle ＂the serve purpose, employment direction . the union of industrialization, research and education＂.
