A Client / Server system, which is a popular structure and can fully utilize all kinds of resources, may be adapted by any department. Power supply in post and telecommunication system is so important that it is necessary to monitor the parameters of power supply equipment and environment. In this paper, we introduce how the Client/Server structure is applied in post and telecommunication system, including network structure and software.
