相转移法制备LiCo_xNi_(1-x)O_2正极材料

Synthesis of LiCo_xNi_(1-x)O_2 Cathode Materials by Phase-transfer Method

摘要 Co 掺杂的 LiCo_xNi_(1-x)O_2材料具有优良的性能,有希望在锂离子二次电池中得到广泛应用.在电解法的基础上,通过相转移方法,制备了 LiCo_xNi_(1-x)O_2正极材料并对其进行了电化学性能测试.研究结果表明,合成的 LiCo_(0.3)Ni_(0.2)O_2正极材料具有良好的电化学性能,初始放电容量为156 mAh/g,经过40次充放电循环后放电容量仍可保持在140 mAh/g 左右. LiCoxNi1-xO2 cathode material was synthesized by a phase-transfer method based on electrolysis and was characterized by XRD and electrochemical testing. The LiCo0.3 Ni0. 702 cathode material synthesised at 700 ℃ had better electrochemical performances, and the discharge specific capacity in 1st and 40th cycles were 156 mAh/g and 140 mAh/g respectively.
