N掺杂介孔TiO_2的合成

摘要 通过简单的溶胶-凝胶方法合成了 N 掺杂的介孔 TiO_2.用 X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N_2吸附、X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见(UV-vis)漫反射吸收光谱等手段进行了表征.X-射线粉末衍射表明,焙烧前的产物为无定形 TiO_2,焙烧后的产物为 TiO_2的锐钛矿.N_2吸附-脱附等温线表明,N-20的BET 表面积为76m^2/g,孔尺寸大约为10 nm,X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)辅助证明有 N 掺入了 TiO_2中.紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis)表明,N 掺杂的介孔 TiO_2的吸收带边位置发生红移,吸光范围向可见光区拓宽. N-doped mesoporous TiO2 was synthesized through simple sol-gel method, which was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electrical microscope (SEM), N2 adsorption, X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS), UV-vis diffuse re- flectance spectra. Powder X-ray diffractions showed that uncalcined TiO2 was amorphous and the calcined TiO2 was anatase. N2 adsorption proved that BET surface area was about 76 m2/g and the average pore size distribution was about 10 nm. XPS proved that N had doped in TiO2, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrum proved that the red shift of the absorption edge of the N- doped mesoporous TiO2 and the absorption range exploited to visible light region had occurred.
