摘要 气动搅拌喷射鼓泡脱硫除尘吸收塔在发明专利单切向环栅式喷射鼓泡进气脱硫装置的基础上,对塔做了进一步改进和创新。塔内设有两套布气装置,避免了大塔径(直径在4m左右)下塔中心气体分布不均匀的缺陷。此外,在环形气体通道内增设了一套气动搅拌装置,该搅拌装置的动力由环形通道内的气流提供。运行结果表明,新的布气系统使塔内气体分布均匀,塔内的气、固、液可以充分混合,除尘效率可以达到95%以上,当脱硫剂pH值在5以上时,脱硫效率稳定在97%以上。 A jet bubbling tower was improved with pneumatic agitation for desulfurization and dust removal on the basis of the patented device of pierced cylindrical gas distribution systems.There were two gas distribution systems in the desulphurization tower,which avoid the disadvantage of uneven distribution of gas streams in the center of a tower with a large diameter of about 4 meters.The upper portion of a pneumatic agitating device was installed in the circular channel of the tower and was driven by the air stream passing through the channel.The running results showed that the absorption tower distributed gas streams far more even and that the gas,liquid and solid phases in the tower were agitated and contacted more intensively.The efficiency of dust removal achieved 95%.The desulfurization efficiency was stably higher than 97% when the pH of the absorption solution for desulfurization slurry was larger than 5.
