摘要 通过氯甲基化和胺化两步反应合成胺基棉纤维,并用于模拟烟气中SO2的吸附。比较并选定了乙二胺作为改性胺试剂,测定乙二胺基棉纤维的饱和硫容为4.29mg/g干纤维,平均含氮量为0.43%。实验中研究了胺试剂种类、氯甲基化试剂浓度、反应时间和温度对胺基棉纤维制备和脱硫性能的影响。 A synthetic method of cotton fibers containing amine functional group was studied.And various effects on the preparation process such as reagent concentration,reaction time and temperature were investigated.The ethylenediamine as an better amine reagent was chosen.And the adsorption of SO_2 by several amine-functional cotton fibers was also studied,showing the ethylenediamine-functional cotton fiber had the best adsorption performance with the maximum saturated capacity of SO_2 amounting up to 4.29 mg/g dry fiber with the average N-content of 0.43%.
