阴道超声卵泡评分在补肾中药联合尿促性素诱导排卵中的应用

Use of follicle score system by transvaginal ultrasound in anovulatory patients treated with integrated therapy of Chinese for tonifying kidney and western medicine HMG

目的:观察阴道超声卵泡评分在补肾中药联合HMG诱导排卵中的应用价值。方法:53例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为中药+HMG组(28例,67个周期)和HMG组(25例,66个周期),测定HMG周期用药量、优势卵泡个数及卵泡评分,对比两组周期妊娠率及OHSS率。结果:中药+HMG组周期用药量较HMG组明显减少,HCG注射日优势卵泡个数、卵泡评分及周期妊娠率显著高于HMG组(P<0.05),两组OHSS率未见差异。结论:阴道超声卵泡评分可用于中西医结合诱导排卵周期,提高周期妊娠率,且有助于降低OHSS发生率。

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of using follicle score system by transvaginal ultrasound in anovulatory patients treated with integrated therapy of Chinese and western medicine. Methods： Fifty-three anovulation patients were divided into two groups at random, 28 cases （67 cycles） in the combined group treated with traditional Chinese medicine and HMG, and 25 cases（66 cycles） in the HMG group treated with HMG alone. The ampoules of HMG per cycle, numbers of leading follicles, follicle scores, pregnancy rate per cycle and OHSS rate were detected. Results： There were significant differences between the combined group and the HMG group in the ampoules of HMG per cycle, the numbers of leading follicles, follicle scores and pregnancy rate per cycle （ P 〈0.05）. No difference was found in OHSS rate between the two groups. Concision： Follicle score system by transvaginal ultrasound can be used as an index in anovulatory patients treated with integrated medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney can improve the pregnancy rate and reduce the OHSS rate in the anovulation cycles induced by HMG.
