摘要
德国的社会保障制度自俾斯麦政府创立以来,经过100多年的实践,目前已经发展成为世界上较为完善的社会保障制度之一,这与它悠久的历史背景以及包罗万象的社会保障网络是分不开的。研究其现状和发展方向对构建我国的社会保障制度将起到积极的作用。
