Take protects the personal property rights as the objective of the Real Right Law ,it promulgated in the entire society has caused a tremendous reaction.From the public law angle of view,revolving the content of the Real Right Law,This article has ana- lyzed the relations between the real rights and the property rights,equality protection of the real rights,the protection by the public power to the real rights and the possible violation,the public interest issues in the Real Right Law.The author hopes that the Real Right Law has been a deep understanding and reflection.
