当前,我国已经初步构建起了自己的外部行政法制监督制度,不过与美国等西方发达国家相对完善的外部行政法制监督制度相比,我国外部行政法制监督制度仍然存在导致监督不力的诸多漏洞。为了完善我国外部行政法制监督制度,进行比较研究,大胆借鉴吸收美国的经验教训,是十分必要的。

At present,China has initially built up its own system of external administrative egal supervision.But comparing with the system of the United States and other western countries ,the system of external administrative legal supervision of China still have a number of loopholes.in order to perfect the system of external administrative legal supervision of China,learning from the system of the United States is very necessary.
