摘要
我国改革和发展的主题之一是构建社会主义和谐社会。和谐社会建设与性别和谐有着密切的关系,性别和谐是和谐社会的题中应有之义。本文分析了和谐社会话语下性别和谐的障碍因素,在此基础上,从构建先进性别文化、制定相关法律政策、创造参政议政条件、加强妇女组织建设、提高妇女自身素质五个方面提出了重塑性别和谐的途径。
the paper analyses the obstacles of sex harmony under the condition of harmonious society and suggests the way to reconstruct sex harmony from five respects：constructing advanced sex culture;making concerned laws and policies;creating conditions to anticipate political life;strengthening projects for females; improving female qualities.
