摘要
美国公务员职业能力建设通过制度保障机制、更新机制和激励机制得以顺利运行,我们应努力探求其职业能力建设的内在联系和规律,借鉴有益经验,并从制度调整和公务员管理的各个环节入手,切实提高我国公务员的职业能力。
