近年来,我国零售业迅速发展,极大地改善了商品的流通,丰富了人民的生活。但随着竞争的加剧,一些大型零售商的限制竞争行为层出不穷,严重损害了中小型零售商、供应商以及广大的消费者的利益。本文总结了大型零售商限制竞争行为的主要表现,分析了大型零售商限制竞争行为的危害,提出了对大型零售商限制竞争行为的规制措施,以期对相关部门的立法和执法活动提供一定的理论指导。

In recent years,the retail trade develops quickly,improving greatly circulation of merchandise and enriching the life of people in our country. Along with the severity of competition,some large tradesmen begin to restrain the free competition,injuring the benefits of the medium and small tradesmen,supplier and many consumers seriously.So this text sums up the main performance of restriction competitive behaviors about large dealer, analyze the harm of large tradesmen behaviors and provide some measures to control the behavior of the large tradesmen,in order to provide certain theories instruction for the activities of legislation and en- forcement of the related department.
