摘要
教育申诉制度是指学生、教师在其合法权益受到侵害时,依法向主管的教育行政管理机关或学校申诉理由请求重新处理的权利救济制度。它主要包括教师申诉制度和学生申诉制度两种。但是,该制度却存在一些问题,需要采取相应的完善对策,以保护学生和教师的合法权益。
The Educational Appealing System refers to the right relief system aiming to protect the legal rights of teachers and students who appeal to the educational administrative department or school for a new trial against an illegal decision.It mainly consists of two major appealing systems：the teachers＇ appealing system and the students＇ appealing system. Currently,the system still contains faults and defects. It＇s highly necessary to take to protect the students and teachers＇s lawful benefits.
