摘要
尽管我国科技事业取得了很大发展,但是科技评价法律体系的缺乏在一定程度上导致了科技领域自主创新能力不足。因此,建立起与科技创新相适应的科技评价制度势在必行。
Despite China＇s science and technology having made great progress,the lackness of legal systems of scientific and technological evaluation to a certain extent leads to the lackness of innovative capacity in the field of science and technology. Therefore, the establishment of the technology evaluation systems that adapts the technological innovations is very important.
