Study on the Inevitability,Entering Point and Exerting Point of Further Improving Administration According to Law

党的十七大报告再一次提出要"推进依法行政,"这是新时期对加快法治政府建设提出的明确要求。近几年来,我国法治政府建设取得了一定成效,但还很不完善。为此,既要清醒地认识到进一步推进依法行政的必然性,又要准确把握进一步推进依法行政的切入点和着力点。

The report of the 17th National Congress of Communist Party of China points out again that it＇s necessary to improve the administration accordomg to law.It＇s a clear request that the Party put forward to improve the construction of our Chinese government ruled by law.Even though the construction of our Chinese government ruled by law has been improved widely and has some good effects,it is not perfect.The rapid development of economic society put forward the request that the practice of administration according to law should be improved.At present, first of all,we must clearly realize that it＇s inevitability to improve it,then we must correctly master the entering point and exerting point of improving administration.
