摘要
在我国,农民占全国总人口的70%,虽然农民在民事权利享有方面与改革开放前相比有了长足的进步,但由于多种原因导致农民民事权利受侵害的案件时有发生。因此,应从立法、执法、权利保障途径、法制宣传和提高农民自身素质等方面出发,全面解决农民民事权利保障问题。
The farmer has 70% of national and total population,but causes the farmer civil case＇s right be violated case to take place usually because of various reason,therefore,from the lawmaking,enforce the law,guarantee path,legal system publicity and the character angle of the farmer oneself solve the guarantee essential to have of the acquire of right of the farmer civil case completely.
