Advances in the Mechanisms of Neuronal Cell Apoptosis Induced by β-Amyloid Protein

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是老年期痴呆最主要类型。β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)可诱导神经细胞凋亡,是AD发生发展的关键因素。近年来,Aβ的神经毒性及其产生机制一直是对AD研究的热点问题,Aβ导致体外培养的神经细胞凋亡的可能机制包括氧化应激和钙稳态失衡、NF-κB基因调控、糖原合酶激酶3β和细胞周期依赖性激酶的活动等,这些机制的阐明对揭示AD发病原因及探索有效防治措施具有重要意义。 Alzheimer's disease(AD) is the most common form of dementia in the aged population. β- amyloid protein(Aβ) can induce neuronal cell apoptosis, which is the key point of the formation and development of AD. In the recent years, the neurotoxicity of Aβ and its mechanisms are the focus of the research of AD. The possible mechanisms of Aβ inducing neuronal cell apoptosis include oxidative stress and the disturbance in Ca^2+ homeostasis, NF- κB gene regulation, the activities of glycogen synthase kinase 3β and cyclin dependent kinase and so on. The elucidation of these mechanisms is very important for revealing the pathogenesis of AD and developing effective strategies to prevent and cure this disease.
