Roles of Nerve Growth Factor in the Development of Neural Stem Cells

摘要 神经生长因子作为神经营养因子家族的成员之一,在神经系统中分布广泛。其除具备营养神经元、保护和修复受损神经等生物学效应外,对神经干细胞的增殖、存活、迁移和分化等过程也具有一定的影响。 As one of the factors in the neurotrophin family, nerve growth factor(NGF) is widely distributed in the central nervous system. In addition to its neuroprotective and repair functions, NGF plays important roles in proliferation, survival, migration and differentiation of the neural stem cells.
