摘要
目的：探讨完善浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术的心肺转流技术。方法：对2003年3月-2007年6月的190例浅低温心脏不停跳心内直视手术的临床资料及浅低温体外循环情况做一回顾性分析。结果：190例心脏手术均顺利脱机,不需辅助循环,浅低温体外循环时间25-81（29.8±11.2）min,术后无并发症。结论：浅低温体外循环不停跳心内直视手术安全可行,对心肌有良好的保护作用,更适合于时间短、比较简单的先心病矫治。
Objective：To improve cardiopulmonary bypass technique of intracardiac operation on beating-heart with mild hypothemic extracoporeal circulation.Methods：The retrospective study on clinical material of 190 on-pump beating-heart intracardiac operations with mild hypothemia and CPB during the period of April 2002 to June 2007.Results：These 190 operations were performed successfully after ECC weaning,no need of supplemental circulation,time of CPB 25～81（29.8＋11.2） minutes.There is no complication. Conclusion：It suggested that on-pump beating-heart operation with mild hypothemia was a reliable and applicable technique.It has excellent protection on cardiac muscle,suitable for short-time,uncomplicated congenital heart diseases.
