摘要
主要研究了一种非酸催化剂钛酸四乙酯在酯化反应中的应用。采用非酸催化剂钛酸四乙酯作催化剂合成了马来酸二戊酯、马来酸二己酯、马来酸二庚酯和马来酸二异辛酯,并确定出了反应的工艺条件。得到的最终产品的结构通过红外光谱分析和元素分析进行了表征,产品的收率达98%以上。实验结果表明利用钛酸四乙酯作催化剂对上述酯的合成反应催化活性高,反应条件温和,制备的工艺流程简单,得到的产品纯度高,在酯化时间内酯化率均可达98%以上。
The application of a non -acid catalyst -titanium tetraethoxide in the esterification reaction was studied. The diamyl maleate, dihexyl maleate, diheptyl maleate and diisooctyl maleate were synthesized with titanium tetraethoxide as catalyst and the technological conditions were confirmed. The structures of products were characterized by IR and elemental analysis and the yield was above 98%. The experimental results showed that the titanium tetraethoxide had a high catalytic activity for the synthesis of the esters mentioned above, the reaction conditions was mild, the technology process was simple, the purity of the products was high and the esterification rate reached over 98% during the esterification time.
