摘要
复杂产品开发项目风险因素之间存在着复杂的非线性作用机制.要对其风险进行有效控制,必须考虑全局风险调控.首先提出复杂产品开发项目风险控制调控度及其调控矩阵概念,然后建立一种复杂产品开发项目风险协调控制算法,最终得到一种基于全局的复杂产品开发项目风险协调控制方法,并对其进行实证分析.该方法对复杂产品开发项目的风险控制是有效的.
There exists a complex non-linear function mechanism among the risk factors of a complex product development project. It is necessary that the overall situation risk regulation is used for controlling the risks. This article first proposes the risk control regulation degree and the regulative matrix for the complex product development project, then establishes a risk coordination control algorithm for complex product development project, finally obtains a risk coordination control method based on the overall situation for complex product development project, and carries on demonstration analysis to it. This method is effective to risk control for complex product development project.
