摘要
[目的]介绍测定“两头毛”中铁、锌、钙、镁的快速简便方法。[方法]以采自四川大凉山“两头毛”作试材,取其根和茎作样品,利用微波消解法消解样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定了彝药“两头毛”根和茎中的钙、镁、铁、锌。[结果]对微波消解温度、压力和消解时间的试验表明,同时使用6个消解罐、加入4 ml硝酸时为最佳微波消解条件,消解后可直接定容、分析。火焰原子吸收光谱法测定结果表明,“两头毛”中铁、锌、钙、镁的回收率为96%-105%,相对标准偏差1.1%-5.3%(n=10),加标回收率为96%-105%。采用该法对样品处理和测定具有快速简便、干扰少的特点。[结论]微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定“两头毛”中铁、锌、钙、镁是一种快速简便方法。
[Objective] The study aimed to introduce the fast and sample method of determining four metal elements(Fe,Zn,Ca,Mg) in Incarvillea arguta Royle.[Method] With I.arguta seleted from Daliangshan mountain in Sichuan as tested material and its roots and stems as the samples which were digested by microwave digestion methods,four metal elements of Fe,Zn,Ca,Mg in I.arguta were determined by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) method.[Result] The experiment on microwave digestion temperature,press and digestion time showed that the optimum digestion condition was using 6 digestion jars in simultaneity and adding 4 ml nitric acid.After digestion it could be constant volume directly.FAAS determination showed that the recoveries obtained for Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg in I.arguta were in 96 %~105%,with RSD of 1.1%~5.3%(n= 10).The method for treating and determining the samples had fast and sample traits with less interference.[Conclusion] The digestion-FAAS method was a fast and simple method to det
