摘要
利用植物治理重金属污染的土壤为生物治理提供了一个廉价有效的解决途径。但是普通超富集植物在污染地生长量不大、去除污染速率较低。通过植物基因工程技术将抗重金属的新特性引入到大生物量的植物中,改造其金属耐受性和富集能力,是一个有效提高植物修复能力的策略。
Phytoremediation for the soil polluted by heavy metals with plants is a low-cost and effective strategy.Wild plants with hyperaccumulation capacity usually have small biomass and thus slow the velocity for pollution removing.The improvement of the fast growing plants with high-biomass for its metal toleration and accumulation capacity with plant genetic engineering is an effective strategy for the remediation ability increasing of plants.
