摘要
[目的]明确氮肥用量与泸香615碾米品质的关系。[方法]以优质杂交稻组合泸香615为试材,施尿素459、0、135、180 kg/hm2,3次重复,随机排列,按国家标准测定泸香615的糙米率、精米率、整精米率,研究了不同氮肥用量条件下优质杂交稻泸香615碾米品质变化。[结果]随着氮肥施用量的增加,泸香615的糙米率、精米率和整精米率均有所提高。与施尿素45 kg/hm2处理相比,施尿素901、35、180 kg/hm2处理的糙米率分别提高0.15、1.331、.48个百分点;精米率分别提高了1.45、1.80、1.90个百分点;整精米率分别提高了2.32、5.547、.79个百分点。[结论]在土壤肥力中等条件下种植泸香615,在保证产量和其他品质的前提下,可适当增加氮肥用量,以提高碾米品质。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to confirm the correlation between the dosage of N fertilizer and the milling quality of Luxiang 615.[Method] With high-quality hybrid rice combination Luxiang 615 as tested materials,45,90,135,180 kg/hm2 urea were applied in each treatment with 3 repetitions and random arrangement.The brown rice rate,the milled rice rate and the head rice rate of Luxiang 615 were determined according to national standard.The changes of the milling quality in high-quality hybrid rice Luxiang 615 under different N application rate were studied.[Result] With the increasing of the N application rate,the brown rice rate,the milled rice rate and the head rice rate of Luxiang 615 were all increased.Compared with the treatment of applying 45 kg/hm2 urea,the brown rice rate in the treatments of applying 90,135,180 kg/hm2 urea were increased by 0.15%,1.33% and 1.48% resp.the milled rice rate in each treatment were increased by 1.45%,1.80% and 1.90% resp.and the head rice rate in each treatmen
t were increased by 2.32%,5.54% and 7.79% resp.[Conclusion] When Luxiang 615 was planted in the soil with medium fertility,the N application rate could be properly increased to improve its milling quality under the premise of ensuring the yield and other qualities.
