摘要
[目的]探讨不同施氮水平对F1-35的产量和品质的影响,为F1-35的进一步推广示范提供科学依据。[方法]以烤烟品系F1-35为供试材料,采用单因素随机区组设计,施纯氮量设4个处理(82.5、97.51、12.5、127.5 kg/hm2),研究了不同施氮量对F1-35大田生育期、农艺性状、产量和质量的影响。[结果]随施氮量增加,F1-35生育期推迟,烟株株高、茎围、叶面积有所增加;各处理的产量、产值、均价、上等烟比例、上中等烟比例均有显著差异,经济性状较好的处理为施纯氮112.5 kg/hm2;烟叶化学成分较适宜的处理为施纯氮112.5kg/hm2。[结论]以施纯氮112.5 kg/hm2的处理效果最佳,烟叶的化学成分含量总体比较适宜,协调性好,经济性状总体较好,烟株田间长势好,农艺性状表现好。
[Objective]This study aimed to explore the effects of different nitrogen quantity on yield and quality of F1-35 and to provide a scientific basis for further popularization of F1-35.[Method]With flue-cured tobacco strain F1-35 as tested material,the effects of different nitrogen quantity(82.5,97.5,112.5,127.5 kg/hm2)on growth period,agronomic character,yield and quality of F1-35 was studied by using the single factor randomized block design.[Result]Growth period of F1-35 was delayed and plant height,stem girth,leaf area were increased along with the increment of nitrogen quantity.The yield,production value,average price,ratio of high-quality leaves,ratio of high-middle-quality leaves of F1-35 in different treatments had significant difference.The treatment for getting economic characters was applying pure N at 112.5 kg/hm2 and the treatment for getting more appropriate chemical contents was applying pure N at 112.5 kg/hm2.[Conclusion] Applying pure N at 112.5 kg/hm2 could get optimum effect for F1-35,under
which,the chemical contents of F1-35 was more appropriate with good harmony,the total of economic characters were better,the growth and agronomic characters of tobacco plants were also better in tobacco field.
