摘要 [目的]为试验区半夏的人工栽培提供依据。[方法]采用随机区组设计,7因素2位级正交试验研究种级、有机肥、地膜等技术措施对半夏产量的影响。[结果]7个措施组合的小区(面积为20 m2)平均产量为23.6 kg,组合7产量最高,组合4产量最低,分别为30.4和16.7 kg。栽培措施对产量的影响依次为:防旱保墒>地膜>种级>播期>遮阴>有机肥>叶面喷肥。撒麦糠与不撒麦糠2、级种与3级种间差异极显著;进行地膜覆盖与不进行地膜覆盖、早播与晚播间差异显著。[结论]防旱保墒、地膜和品种对半夏产量影响较大,其最佳栽培措施组合为:撒麦糠进行防旱保墒,地膜覆盖,选用二级种在早期播种,其产量可达15 180 kg/hm2。 [Objective] The purpose of the study was to provide foundation for the manual cultivation of Pinellia ternate in the tested area.[Method] Randomized block design and orthogonal experiment with 7 factors and 2 bit-levels were used to study the influences of technical measures such as seed level,organic fertilizer and plastic film on the yield of P.ternate. [Result] The yield average of 7 measure combinations was 23.6 kg in plot with area of 20 m2,that of combination 7 was highest and that of combination 4 was lowest,being 30.4 and 16.7 kg resp.The influences of cultivation measures on yield in order were: drought prevention and moisture preservation〉 plastic film〉seed level〉sowing date〉 shading〉organic fertilizer〉spraying fertilizer on leaves(0.39 kg).There was a extremely significant difference between fertilizing wheat bran and non fertilizing wheat bran,between second-level and third-level seeds and a significant difference between covering with plastic film and non covering with plastic film and between early sowing and late sowing.[Conclusion] Drought prevention and moisture preservation,plastic film and variety had bigger influences on the yield of P.ternate.Its best combination of cultivation measures was the combination of drought prevention and moisture preservation by fertilizing wheat bran,covering with plastic film and sowing second-level seeds early.
