Review of the Research on the Social Benefit Post-Evaluation of the Agricultural Water-saving Project

农业节水项目社会效果后评价的相关研究成果主要体现在节水灌溉项目效益评价方面,该方面又主要包括单项效益评价与综合效益评价两个部分。虽然节水灌溉项目效益评价的研究已日趋成熟,但在评价对象、评价时点、评价内容以及评价应用等方面尚存在一定的不足。

The agricultural water-saving project is the concept which I first brought up,so there has been no specialized research result of social benefit post-evaluation of the agricultural water-saving project.The benefit evaluation of the water-saving irrigation project embodies the existed relevant research result.The result mainly consists of single benefit evaluation and comprehensive benefit evaluation.Although the research on the benefit evaluation of the water-saving irrigation project has become more perfect day by day,there still exist some shortcomings in the object,the time,the content and the application of evaluation.
