血清比较蛋白质组学在SARS及并发症中的应用

摘要
蛋白质组学技术是研究疾病相关蛋白质的重要手段。血清以其在临床疾病研究中的独特性、重要性成为研究者最为感兴趣的研究材料之一,寻找疾病血清中特异蛋白质的比较蛋白质组学,以此发现血清中的特异标志物是蛋白质组学研究的新思路。本文就血清比较蛋白质组学技术在SARS及并发症中的应用作一综述。
