磁流化床烟气脱硫过程中S(Ⅳ)的氧化

CATALYTIC OXIDATION OF S(Ⅳ) IN THE FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION PROCESS USING MAGNETICALLY FLUIDIZED BED

摘要 研究了磁流化床烟气脱硫过程中铁磁颗粒和外加磁场对S(Ⅳ)氧化反应的促进作用。进行了两组实验:(1)磁流化床烟气脱硫实验。测定脱硫产物成分,分析流化床的床料和外加磁场的强度对S(Ⅳ)氧化反应的影响;(2)Fe(Ⅲ)溶液SO_2吸收实验.测定溶液的SO_2吸收性能,确定S(Ⅳ)氧化反应的机理。实验结果表明:磁流化床以石英砂为床料时,未发生S(Ⅳ)的氧化反应;以铁磁颗粒为床料时,发生S(Ⅳ)的氧化反应。并且,S(Ⅳ)的氧化反应程度随溶液中Fe(Ⅲ)浓度的增加和外加磁场强度的增加而增强。 The effects of ferromagnetic particles and applied magnetic field on S(IV) oxidation in the flue gas desulfurization process using magnetically fiuidized bed were investigated. Two different types of experiments were carried out: (i) experiments directed towards the influences of the ferromagnetic particles and applied magnetic field on the desulfurization products composition; (ii) experiments directed towards the influences of the ferromagnetic particles and applied magnetic field on the SO2 absorption of Fe(III) solution. Results show that the S(IV) oxidation reaction happens with the presence of the ferromagnetic particles. And the S(IV) oxidation reaction enhances with the Fe(III) content increasing or the applied field intensity increasing.
