摘要
在SWIP-RFP装置上改善真空和预电离条件后,提高了等离子体温度,增加了等离子体的维持时间和反场箍缩(RFP)磁场位形约束的维持时间,增长了等离子体的能量约束时间,从而表明RFP等离子体的能量约束和RFP磁场位形的约束均得到了改善。介绍了SWIP-RFP装置提高RFP等离子体温度的实验结果,对RFP等离子体的能量约束时间进行了定量计算,对RFP磁场约束的改善也作了简单分析。
Higher plasma temperature is necessary for longer energy confinement time and requires better vacuum and preionization conditions. This paper analyzes the relation between the plasma temperature and both configuration and energy confinement for a reversed field pinch (RFP) plasma. The methods and results for increasing plasma temperature in the SWIP RFP are introduced and briefly compared with those in previous experiments. The results show that the plasma temperature and the energy confinement time have been increased, and the RFP field configuration is also improved.
