摘要
合成了N-甲基-4-乙酰胺基-1,8-萘酰亚胺(MAAN).结果表明,以MAAN为发光层,聚乙烯咔唑(PVK)为空穴传输层的双层薄膜发光器件,在驱动电压为27.5V时,可获得亮度为150cd/m2的黄绿色发光.
he compound of N-methyl-4-acetylamino-1, 8-naphthalimide (MAAN) was synthesized. In the structure of Al/MAAN/PVK/ITO, where MAAN is the emitting layer, PVK is the hole transport layer, the diode showed yellowgreen emission, of which luminance was reached to 150 cd/m2 at the voltage of 27.5 V.
