The relationship between serum lipid and bone mineral density in post-menopausal women

摘要 目的探讨健康绝经后妇女血脂与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法选择2002-2006年中国医科大学附属盛京医院体检的健康自然绝经妇女60例,使用美国NorlandXR-36双能X线骨密度仪测定第二腰椎(L2)、第三腰椎(L3)、第四腰椎(L4)、第二腰椎至第四腰椎(L2-L4)、股骨近端股骨颈(Neck)、粗隆(Troch)、Ward三角BMD。测定血清三酰甘油(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。然后进行统计分析。结果HDL-C与腰椎(P〈0.01)及股骨近端(P〈0.05)BMD呈显著负相关,特别是腰椎和股骨近端Troch部位,在去除年龄和体重指数的影响后仍具有显著的相关性。结论绝经后妇女BMD与HDL-C呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum lipid and bone mineral density in post-menopausal women. Methods Bone mineral density ( BDM ) was measured at a variety of skeletal sites, including lumbar spine 2 ( L2 ) ,3 ( L3 ) ,4 ( L4 ) 2-4 ( L2-L4 ) , femoral neek (Neck), trochanter (Troch), Ward's triangle, using the Norland XR-36 dual-energy X-ray absorptiometer in northern Chinese healthy population-based sample of 60 post-menopausal women from 2002 to 2006 in our hospital. Serum lipid profiles of total cholesterol ( TC ) , low-density lipoprotein (LDL) , Triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL)were examined. Results HDL-C correlated inversely with BMD in both lumbar spine( P 〈 0. 01 )and proximal femur( P 〈 0. 05 ). And these relationships remained after the age and body mass index were adjusted. Conclusion BMD was related with serum HDL-C in northern Chinese post-menopausal women.
