缬沙坦对高血压伴阵发性心房颤动的维持窦性心律作用研究

Observation of amiodarone combining Valsartan on maintain sinus rhythm with hypertension after atrial fibrillation reversion

目的观察高血压伴有阵发性心房颤动(AF)的患者应用缬沙坦在AF复律后维持窦性心律的疗效。方法选择2006年2月至2007年8月北京同仁医院心血管中心73例高血压伴有阵发性AF患者,AF转复后随机分为2组,在口服胺碘酮的基础上,对照组36例给予常规降压药物(除外ACEI和ARB类药物),治疗组37例给予包括缬沙坦的降压药物,疗程观察18个月。结果治疗组左房内径明显小于对照组,窦性心律维持率明显高于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义。结论胺碘酮联合应用缬沙坦治疗高血压伴阵发性AF,可在降低血压的同时,有效维持窦性心律。

Objective To observation Valsartan on maintain sinus rhyme with hypertension after atrial fibrillation reversion. Methods 73 patients with hypertension after atrial fibrillation reversion, They were randomly divided into treating group and control group. 37 patients were in treating group, and 36 patients were in control group. All patients were taken amiodarone 200 mg QD after atrial fibrillation reversion. The control group were treated with general anti-hypertension therapy except ACEI and ARB. Patients of treating group were treated with general anti-hypertension therapy add with Valsartan 80 mg QD. All patients were examined with UCG and dynamic electro cardiogram before therapy and after 3,6,12 and 18 months. Results The left atrial dimension of treating group were smaller then the control group. The rates of maintain sinus in treating group were higher then the control group. Conclusion We should use amiodarone and Valsartan to treat the patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation, Valsartan also has definite curative effect in maintain sinus rhyme except control blood pasture.
