端正学风,站在理论高度,以马克思主义基本原理为统帅,对过去误译、误读、误解的"马克思主义宗教观"进行重新阐释;总结国际共运历史经验教训和我党历史上的宗教政策;回顾新中国成立以来学术界关于宗教问题的讨论对马克思主义宗教观研究意义重大。

A re-explanation of Marxism view of religion, which has once been mistranslated, misread, and misunderstood, is made by correcting academic atmosphere, standing at the lofty height of theory and taking Marxism principles as command. A summary of historical experience and lessons of international communism movement and religious policies of our Party is made. Meanwhile, a review of discussions of religious questions since the founding of New China in 1949 in academic circle is made. All these will be important to the research on Marxism view of religion.
